Individuals each have a specific approach to “life” and “Business”. Working as a Virtual Assistant the differences are readily apparent. At different points of financial, business setup, goals, and employee needs have times it can be a challenge. Sometimes the need is “hot” and “time-crunch” important, and with others there is a laissez-faire approach needed or requested as long as task is finished successfully.
Either way an individual’s approach to life, business and situations predominantly will have similar approaches. Depending on the action method preferred task and goal completion times requested by the client, not only do I have to examine the “timeline” they are inserted into that is out of their control, but also upon closer look at the customer what type of approach they prefer to take and try to match the needs well. Everyone has a specific approach to life and business. Unique value systems add to the mix as well.

- Goal Focused Customer and ACTION to Accomplish
As long as something gets done to reach the next level or step they are content. Patience is usually in their character, and they understand not every method will work to reach the “successful” completion of a task (i.e. working on a marketing task and trying to connect with niche clients.)
Low Focus – Content to just let it Develop and not Immediate
Whatever the tasks are that are asked for are not under the high-pressure time that needs to be accomplished, and the customer is starting a pre or early action to set up the eventual positive outcome.
